Senior Reimbursement Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reimbursement Specialist Sr - Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit hospital cost reports and reimbursement impact analysis
• Manage Medicare cost report audits and assist with identifying appeal issues
• Monitor changes in Medicare regulations and prepare related schedules for the reimbursement department

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in hospital third-party reimbursement
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or a business-related field, or five years of equivalent work experience
• Experience with the Medicare Administrative Contractor is highly preferred
• Experience with PeopleSoft and Epic is highly preferred
