Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reinsurance Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze, document, and optimize reinsurance business processes to align with organizational goals
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define business requirements for reinsurance systems
• Provide subject matter expertise in reinsurance and assist teams in resolving complex challenges

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Insurance, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in the reinsurance industry
• Hands-on experience with reinsurance systems, preferably with DXC SICS
• Experience with regulatory compliance in the insurance or reinsurance industry
• Familiarity with Agile or Waterfall project methodologies
