Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reinsurance Domain Leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide transformation engagements with major reinsurance companies
• Serve as a trusted C-suite advisor, translating complex re/insurance challenges into executable technology strategies
• Oversee large-scale IT implementation programs including system selections, vendor management, and delivery assurance

Required Qualifications

• At least 20 years of experience in the life and health reinsurance industry with expertise in business operations and IT implementations
• Deep understanding of internal capital model implementations and regulatory reporting solutions
• At least 10 years of experience working on IT initiatives including system implementations and technology transformations
• Proven track record of leading large-scale technology programs in reinsurance or insurance environments
• Hands-on experience implementing or upgrading actuarial modelling platforms
