Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reinsurance Treaty Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and review reinsurance treaties, amendments, and related documentation
Interpret complex contract language and identify gaps or risks
Maintain internal treaty databases and produce routine reporting for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Legal Studies, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years of experience in insurance, reinsurance, or legal environments
Strong understanding of contract provisions and treaty language interpretation
Hands-on experience drafting or reviewing contracts and amendments
Prior reinsurance treaty experience (assumed and/or retro) is a plus
