Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Relationship Manager who will manage existing Enterprise accounts and drive customer growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large Enterprise accounts throughout their lifecycle, ensuring retention and growth
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews in both Spanish and English to align on objectives and value realization
• Drive renewal opportunities and maintain strong executive relationships to support long-term partnerships

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English required for one opening; English only for another
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success
• At least 2 years of experience in the SaaS industry
• Proven expertise in SaaS retention strategy and value-driven sales methodology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
