• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients and ensure seamless platform provisioning

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales or relationship management within the cards and payments industry
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Proven experience managing Tier 1 clients with a focus on high-risk industries
• Strong understanding of dispute and fraud management products
