Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Relationship Manager who will manage existing Enterprise accounts and drive customer retention and growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage large Enterprise accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, ensuring retention and growth
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews in both Spanish and English to align on business objectives and value realization
• Build and maintain executive-level relationships to strengthen long-term strategic partnerships and drive renewal opportunities

Required Qualifications

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside or Field Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
• At least 2 years of experience in the SaaS industry
• Proven expertise in SaaS retention strategy and value-driven sales methodology
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
