Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager to oversee advisor relationships and enhance engagement within a defined portfolio of RIA partner firms.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for newly registered advisors, guiding them through onboarding and the referral process
• Monitor advisor engagement and conduct proactive outreach to re-engage dormant advisors
• Collect feedback and identify operational improvements based on advisor interactions and experiences

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Communications, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in relationship management, customer success, or a client-facing role
• Background in wealth management, RIA operations, or estate planning is a strong plus
• Experience with HubSpot or a similar CRM is a plus
