Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking) in Phoenix.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships to generate direct deal flow and coordinate team efforts to approve and close new deals
• Engage with borrowers to expand relationships, generate new clients, and increase loan production and fee income
• Monitor credit quality of the portfolio and ensure compliance with reporting requirements while managing risk exposure

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED/Foreign Equivalent required
• 10+ years of commercial financing or equivalent lending experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Formal credit training preferred
