Job Summary
Stewarding a portfolio of accounting firms, the full-time Senior Relationship Manager will deepen their use of Mercury, drive product adoption, and serve as the primary relationship owner while working remotely within the United States.
Key responsibilities
- Build trust with accounting firm principals, understanding their operations and enhancing their experience with Mercury
- Execute structured success calls and business reviews to drive adoption of Mercury features among clients
- Channel insights from accounting practitioners to inform product development and improve workflows
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years in customer success, relationship banking, fintech account management, or a similar client-facing role
- 3+ years of experience working directly with accounting firms or within an accounting firm
- Strong knowledge of general ledger systems, bank reconciliations, and accounting principles
- Familiarity with accounting technology tools such as QuickBooks, Xero, and NetSuite
- Experience managing a book of business across multiple firms or multi-entity client portfolios
