Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary

Managing Home Builder Finance loan relationships, the full-time Senior Relationship Manager will generate new business, oversee loan origination and structuring, and ensure portfolio quality while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Develops new builder finance relationships and coordinates team efforts to close deals, enhancing revenue and profitability
• Engages with portfolio managers and clients to identify opportunities for relationship expansion and monitors credit quality
• Collaborates with the Credit team to prepare approval documents and manage the onboarding process for new transactions

Required qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in financing production homebuilders, with at least 5 years in sales
• Formal credit training or experience in analyzing financial statements
• Experience in underwriting and structuring builder lines and acquisition & development loans
• Proven ability to mentor and develop less experienced team members
