Job Summary
Managing existing named Enterprise accounts, the full-time Senior Relationship Manager will drive retention and support long-term customer growth while working remotely across various locations.
Key responsibilities
- Manage large Enterprise accounts throughout the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to renewal
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews to align business objectives and ensure measurable value realization
- Build and expand executive-level relationships across customer organizations to strengthen strategic partnerships
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Inside or Field Sales, Account Management, or Customer Success
- At least 2 years of experience in the SaaS industry
- Proven expertise in SaaS retention strategy and value-driven sales methodology
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate objections and drive mutually beneficial outcomes
