Senior Relationship Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager who will be responsible for client retention, satisfaction, and generating new business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consistently achieve quarterly goals and ensure high net revenue retention
• Identify and execute client revenue opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
• Lead client quality partnership reviews and ensure a successful client and member experience

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 3-5 years of experience as a relationship manager or similar role
• Experience in benefits administration, such as pre-tax, COBRA, Ben Admin, Wellness, or Tuition Reimbursement
• Proficiency with relationship management CRMs and ability to work with technical processes
• Ability to analyze consumer needs, develop solutions, and track client goals
