Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Relationship Manager, Banking & Treasury Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate client needs into technical requirements and support sandbox provisioning
• Lead technical discovery sessions and manage the certification process for developers
• Own inbound API/ISV support tickets and coordinate cross-functional communication

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Finance, Business, or equivalent work experience
• 6+ years of experience in client success, account management, or relationship management, preferably in FinTech or Banking
• Banking Operations / Treasury experience required
• Full understanding of products and internal processes
• Experience navigating complex problems
