Senior Relationship Manager, Mortgage

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Commercial Senior Relationship Manager, Mortgage Warehouse Lending.

Key Responsibilities

• Grow and manage a portfolio of mortgage warehouse clients in the Independent Mortgage Banking (IMB) space
• Source new IMB relationships and conduct due diligence to identify revenue opportunities
• Participate in a call program to develop new loan, deposit, and fee-based business

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree or four years of relevant experience
• Minimum of seven years of commercial lending experience
• Preference for candidates with mortgage warehouse lending relationship management experience
• General knowledge of banking and commercial fee-based products
• Applied knowledge of Bank policies and procedures
