Seeking a full-time Senior Relationship Manager - NJ Licensed, this role will manage executive-level relationships with key distribution partners in the Individual Retirement and Annuities business, focusing on developing growth strategies and driving business initiatives while collaborating across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage executive-level relationships with assigned distribution partners, developing customized business plans
- Identify opportunities to increase annuity sales and advisor engagement, collaborating with internal and external sales teams
- Act as a liaison between various teams to resolve partner issues and drive strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or related field
- Extensive experience in relationship management, distribution, or business development within financial services
- Experience supporting annuity, retirement, or investment products
- Proven success managing large institutional relationships and influencing senior executives
- Strong analytical and presentation skills
