Senior Release Engineer

Job Summary

To support a growing infrastructure team, the full-time Senior Release Engineer will design and enhance deployment processes, build CI/CD systems, and implement automated security controls in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, maintain, and improve the deployment Golden Path for fast, reliable, and secure code production
• Build and scale CI/CD systems focusing on deterministic builds and developer productivity
• Manage production environments and deployment workflows using strategies like canary releases and automated rollbacks

Required qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Release Engineering, DevOps, or related roles
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and Helm in production environments
• Proven success in building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines in cloud-native settings
• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and configuration management
• Hands-on experience with security tooling integrated into delivery pipelines
