Senior Release Manager

Job Summary

Senior Release Manager, responsible for overseeing the successful launch of internal software for customer support agents in a full-time remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison among various teams to ensure clear communication and alignment for each release
• Define and track key release health metrics, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to success criteria
• Facilitate go/no-go decisions and monitor post-launch performance to drive continuous improvements

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in technical program management, release management, or product operations
• Proven experience leading cross-functional product releases with executive visibility
• Hands-on knowledge of software product development life-cycle, preferably with Agile methodologies
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Jira, and Airtable
• Strong strategic judgment and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
