Senior Release Manager

Job Summary

Owning the end-to-end release lifecycle across the product portfolio, the full-time Senior Release Manager will coordinate release planning, optimize CI/CD pipelines, and enforce quality gates in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage release planning and coordination, defining schedules, cut-off dates, and go/no-go criteria across multiple teams
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, integrating automated testing and quality gates
• Establish release metrics and drive process improvements to enhance deployment frequency and cycle time

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in release management, DevOps, or build/release engineering, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role
• Hands-on expertise with Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions for CI/CD
• Strong understanding of branching and versioning strategies across multiple languages and runtimes
• Experience integrating automated testing tools like Selenium and Playwright into release pipelines
• Familiarity with application stacks including .NET, React, and PHP
