Senior Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Release Train Engineer (RTE).

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate SAFe ceremonies and maintain the ART calendar using Jira and Jira Align
• Manage the flow of configuration work, identify risks, and maintain program boards
• Build relationships with stakeholders and present data-informed status updates

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in Agile environments, with 2-3 years in program-level roles
• Deep understanding of SAFe principles and hands-on experience with PI Planning
• Proven experience using Jira and Jira Align for managing configuration work
• Demonstrated strength in stakeholder management across diverse groups
