Senior Release Train Engineer

Job Summary

To support the Cloud Platform Agile Release Train within a regulated medical device environment, the contract Senior Release Train Engineer will work remotely, leading PI Planning, managing cross-team dependencies, and facilitating Agile ceremonies across multiple Scrum teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and other SAFe ceremonies
• Coordinate planning and execution across multiple Agile teams supporting the Cloud Platform
• Manage and track cross-team dependencies, integration activities, risks, and impediments

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in software development program/project management or related roles
• 3+ years serving as an RTE, Senior Scrum Master, or Agile Program Manager supporting multiple Agile teams
• Strong experience with SAFe Agile practices, including PI Planning and ART execution
• Experience in regulated medical device environments
• Demonstrated ability to manage dependencies, integrations, and stakeholder communications
