Senior Release Train Engineer
Job Summary
Driving Agile Release Train (ART) maturity, the remote Senior Lead Release Train Engineer will manage complex delivery commitments, coach teams and leaders, and ensure alignment across multiple ARTs while operating with high independence and cross-functional influence.
Key responsibilities
- Lead PI Planning readiness, ART Sync, and related ceremonies for complex ARTs
- Facilitate planning and alignment across teams, ensuring visibility of scope, capacity, and dependencies
- Coach stakeholders on Lean-Agile practices and manage systemic risks and dependencies
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in technical program management or Agile delivery leadership
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Agile Release Train execution and related governance
- Proven ability to coach leaders and manage complex risks across multiple teams
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Agile dashboards
- SAFe RTE certification or equivalent Agile certifications preferred
