Senior Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Reliability Engineer to ensure the reliability, scalability, and performance of cloud-based systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the reliability of infrastructure supporting mission-critical services, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance
• Proactively monitor, respond to, diagnose, and resolve incidents to improve response time and minimize customer impact
• Enhance CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and automation processes to streamline workflows and increase system efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a Site Reliability Engineering role with a proven track record in high-availability infrastructure
• Expertise in Linux systems and web stacks (Nginx, PHP, MySQL/MariaDB, Redis/KeyDB)
• Strong experience with MySQL/MariaDB Galera cluster and Gluster storage
• Deep knowledge of network architectures, including TCP/IP, DNS, and load-balancing techniques
• Fluent in Russian (reading, writing, and speaking) for communication with the offshore DevOps team
