Senior Reliability Engineer

Job Summary

To ensure the resilience and availability of systems and applications, the full-time Senior Reliability Engineer will collaborate with development teams, drive incident response efforts, and implement monitoring and automation practices in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Drive error budget and Service Level Objective (SLO) adoption across products
• Perform root cause analysis and implement preventative measures to enhance system reliability
• Establish automation practices and conduct capacity planning to improve operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Science, or related field
• 4+ years of experience in software development
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages (Java, Python, Go, or Node.js)
• In-depth knowledge of systems architecture and application design patterns
• Working experience with one cloud platform (GCP, AWS, or Azure)
