Senior Renewable Energy Manager

Job Summary

Leading the development of utility-scale renewable energy projects, the full-time Senior Renewable Energy Manager will manage project teams, oversee the execution of project de-risking strategies, and negotiate commercial agreements in a fully remote capacity.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead greenfield utility-scale renewable development projects from site origination through to project NTP
• Manage at least two Project Development Managers and large cross-functional teams across multiple projects
• Negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs), interconnection agreements, and other related contracts

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in utility-scale renewable energy, including wind, solar PV, and energy storage
• Proven track record in project management leadership and developing project de-risking strategies
• Experience with site lease agreements, permitting, and interconnection processes
• Hands-on experience with real estate and land transactions for renewable projects
• Previous roles in renewable energy project development at a senior management level
