Job Summary
Owning the full renewal journey for a portfolio of strategic, high-value customers, the full-time Senior Renewal Account Manager will lead consultative renewal conversations with senior stakeholders and manage complex, multi-year contract renewals in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the complete renewal process for high-value customer accounts
- Facilitate consultative discussions with C-level stakeholders to emphasize value and long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate and resolve challenges in contract renewals
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience managing large, complex renewals or strategic customer portfolios
- Experience working with enterprise or private equity-backed customers in a B2B software environment
- Proficiency in navigating commercial contract structures and high-risk renewal scenarios
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) tools to inform renewal strategies
- Interest in mentoring others and sharing best practices for complex renewals
