Job Summary

Owning the full renewal journey for a portfolio of strategic, high-value customers, the full-time Senior Renewal Account Manager will lead consultative renewal conversations with senior stakeholders and manage complex contract renewals in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage the complete renewal process for high-value customer accounts
  • Conduct consultative renewal discussions with senior and C-level stakeholders to emphasize value and partnership
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to navigate and resolve challenges in multi-year contract renewals
Required qualifications
  • 5-7 years of experience managing large, complex renewals or strategic customer portfolios
  • Experience working with enterprise or private equity-backed customers in a B2B software environment
  • Confidence in navigating commercial contract structures and high-risk renewal scenarios
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and data to inform renewal strategies
  • Interest in mentoring others and sharing best practices in complex renewals
