Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager (Southeast) to enhance customer retention and expansion strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals and achieve quarterly revenue goals
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to assess customer health and drive renewal solutions
- Identify at-risk renewal clients and escalate issues to mitigate churn
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity and renewals
- Proven track record of achieving renewal quotas
- Strong understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
- Experience in a SaaS revenue organization, such as Sales or Customer Success Management
- Familiarity with systems like Salesforce and CPQ
