Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager (Southeast) to enhance customer retention and expansion strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the quote-to-close process for renewals and achieve quarterly revenue goals
  • Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success teams to assess customer health and drive renewal solutions
  • Identify at-risk renewal clients and escalate issues to mitigate churn
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8 years of experience in cybersecurity and renewals
  • Proven track record of achieving renewal quotas
  • Strong understanding of SaaS offerings and pricing models
  • Experience in a SaaS revenue organization, such as Sales or Customer Success Management
  • Familiarity with systems like Salesforce and CPQ
