Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Operations Manager to develop and enhance their renewal operations function.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and improve the renewal operations lifecycle to enhance on-time renewals and reduce churn
• Build reporting and dashboard infrastructure for real-time visibility into renewal pipeline health and forecast accuracy
• Define and track renewal KPIs, translating data into actionable recommendations for leadership

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Revenue, Renewal, or Customer Operations at a B2B SaaS company
• Strong command of Salesforce and experience in building renewal dashboards from scratch
• Advanced analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Sigma, Looker, or Tableau
• Hands-on experience with churn and expansion forecasting methodologies
• Experience designing scalable processes in a high-growth environment
