Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Sales Specialist to secure subscription renewal revenue in North America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain regular outreach to ensure ongoing customer engagement and high retention rates
  • Identify upsell opportunities and collaborate with the customer success team to enhance customer engagement
  • Provide forecasts on renewals and churn, communicating status and strategies to leadership
Required Qualifications
  • BA/BS or equivalent preferred
  • 7+ years of successful renewal sales or sales experience
  • Experience selling to IT departments, with knowledge of the software business preferred
  • Proficiency in Salesforce.com for opportunity management and reporting
  • Ability to coordinate cross-department resources to execute sales strategies
