Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Renewal Specialist in Customer Success.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts throughout the renewal lifecycle to ensure timely contract renewals and minimize churn

Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or sales roles in the cybersecurity or technology industry
- Experience managing contract negotiations and renewal processes
- Foundational understanding of cybersecurity concepts and industry dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM platforms such as Salesforce
- Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding customer retention and revenue-related goals
