Job Summary
Managing a diverse portfolio of renewal accounts, the full-time Senior Renewal Specialist will ensure timely renewals, develop tailored strategies for customer retention, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Sales Representatives in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage renewal accounts, ensuring timely and accurate renewals for medium and large-scale contracts
- Develop and implement renewal strategies to maximize customer retention and identify growth opportunities
- Lead renewal negotiations and create complex renewal quotes aligned with customer needs and usage data
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or renewal management roles
- Proven ability to manage and grow high-value customer relationships
- Strong negotiation skills for navigating complex discussions
- Analytical thinking to assess usage data and inform renewal strategies
- Advanced proficiency with CRM systems like Salesforce, Gainsight, and Clari
