Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager to oversee the end-to-end renewal process and drive customer retention.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive renewal strategy, including playbooks and processes
- Engage proactively with clients and stakeholders throughout the renewal lifecycle to address challenges
- Partner with Customer Success and Account Managers to negotiate and finalize renewal contracts
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role focused on renewals or account management
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex contract renewals
- Proven track record of achieving high renewal rates (90+%) in a SaaS environment
- Proficiency with Salesforce and Customer Success Platform software
- Flexibility in schedule to accommodate a global customer base
