Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager to drive successful renewals for their largest and most complex customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage subscription renewals for assigned customers, including forecasting and generating quotes
- Develop negotiation strategies to maximize contract value and enhance customer trust
- Collaborate with various teams to identify operational improvements in renewal processes
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or Customer Success at a SaaS company
- Proven track record managing high-value renewals ($100K+ ARR accounts)
- Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM and complex quoting processes
- Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models
- Experience managing multi-business unit customer portfolios
