Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Renewal Manager to drive successful renewals for their largest and most complex customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subscription renewals for assigned customers, including forecasting and generating quotes
  • Develop negotiation strategies to maximize contract value and enhance customer trust
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify operational improvements in renewal processes
Required Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in renewals, account management, inside sales, or Customer Success at a SaaS company
  • Proven track record managing high-value renewals ($100K+ ARR accounts)
  • Expert knowledge of Salesforce CRM and complex quoting processes
  • Strong understanding of SaaS pricing models
  • Experience managing multi-business unit customer portfolios
