Job Summary
Senior Renewals Manager is a full-time salaried position responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for strategic and enterprise customers, focusing on retention and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full customer-facing renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts
- Collaborate with Account Executives to define and execute renewal strategies
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline data within CRM and renewal management systems
Required Qualifications
- 5-8+ years of experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software in renewals or related fields
- Proven track record managing complex renewals, including contract creation and negotiation support
- Strong understanding of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and drivers of recurring revenue
- Experience with CRM and contract management tools
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
