Job Summary

Senior Renewals Manager is a full-time salaried position responsible for managing the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for strategic and enterprise customers, focusing on retention and revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the full customer-facing renewal lifecycle for a portfolio of strategic and enterprise accounts
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to define and execute renewal strategies
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and pipeline data within CRM and renewal management systems
Required Qualifications
  • 5-8+ years of experience in SaaS, technology, or enterprise software in renewals or related fields
  • Proven track record managing complex renewals, including contract creation and negotiation support
  • Strong understanding of Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and drivers of recurring revenue
  • Experience with CRM and contract management tools
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and performance metrics
