Job Summary
Leading renewal execution for high-value accounts, the full-time Senior Renewals Manager will develop strategies to drive customer retention and revenue stability while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end renewal strategy for high-ARR, multi-product, or multi-year accounts
- Own complex pricing, concession, and restructuring discussions
- Act as an escalation point for stalled or high-risk renewals
Required qualifications
- 6+ years in Renewals, Account Management, or Customer Success
- Demonstrated success closing complex SaaS renewals
- Strong negotiation and executive communication skills
- Proven ability to manage ambiguity and competing priorities
- Deep understanding of SaaS pricing, packaging, and procurement
