Job Summary

Owning renewal negotiations end-to-end for strategic accounts, the full-time Senior Renewals Manager will forecast consumption-based renewals, build pricing agreements, and identify expansion opportunities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead renewal negotiations and commercial conversations with customer executives, procurement, and finance
  • Translate usage trends into defensible renewal forecasts and manage pricing and packaging for agreements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute a cohesive deal strategy
Required qualifications
  • 10+ years in commercial, customer-facing roles such as Strategic Account Management or Renewals Manager
  • Proven experience in closing complex commercial renewals for strategic accounts in a consumption-based environment
  • Ability to structure multi-year commercial agreements and navigate procurement and legal processes
  • Strong forecasting discipline with the judgment to assess the validity of forecasts
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance account research and negotiation preparation
