Job Summary
Owning the strategy and execution of client renewals, the full-time remote Senior Renewals Manager will manage a portfolio of clients, drive retention and expansion, and lead negotiations to protect and grow annual recurring revenue (ARR).
Key responsibilities
- Own the renewals and upsell motion in collaboration with the Client Management team
- Engage proactively with key decision-makers to identify and mitigate renewal risks
- Lead renewal negotiations and ensure accurate forecasting and communication of projections
Required qualifications
- 6+ years of Client Success and/or Account Management experience in an Enterprise SaaS organization
- Experience with buyers in HR, People, Benefits, or Total Rewards is a plus
- Proven track record of exceeding retention and revenue targets
- Proficient in Salesforce.com with a commitment to data accuracy
- Must maintain work authorization without employer sponsorship
