Job Summary
Owning a portfolio of existing strategic customers, the full-time remote Senior Renewals Manager will focus on maximizing customer retention through contract negotiations and developing new business opportunities while fostering long-term relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships to drive customer renewals
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits and minimize customer churn
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience
Required qualifications
- 5-7 years of experience as a Senior/Lead/Principal Renewals Manager or similar role
- BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a relevant field
- Solid experience with CRM software and CPQ tools
- Demonstrable ability to influence key stakeholders at all organizational levels
- Proven track record of delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
