Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Renewals Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement processes and reporting to enhance renewal performance
• Develop dashboards and conduct data analysis to provide insights on renewal metrics
• Collaborate with stakeholders to improve workflows and lead automation initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Renewal Sales Operations or Leadership
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce.com and Salesforce CPQ
• Experience with government procurement processes and channel-driven sales models
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SOQL or SQL skills are a plus
