Job Summary

Independently managing high volume renewal cycles, the full-time Senior Renewals Representative will execute renewal workflows, drive customer retention, and optimize processes in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Independently own and execute full renewal workflows across assigned regional accounts
  • Drive timely and accurate renewal execution while identifying and closing seat expansion opportunities
  • Monitor auto renewal statuses and engage with customer procurement teams to ensure renewal accuracy
Required qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, inside sales, account management, or customer success, preferably in a software or SaaS environment
  • Demonstrated ability to manage high volume renewal cycles independently
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence customer outcomes
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipelines, forecasts, and renewal workflows
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize across multiple renewal motions
