Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Renewals Specialist to manage high-touch renewal engagements for strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end renewal process for high-value accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
- Mitigate renewal risks by engaging stakeholders and deploying creative solutions
- Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and contracts, handling price negotiations and procurement processes
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success in a technology company
- Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM
- Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities in a high-velocity environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
