Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Renewals Specialist to manage high-touch renewal engagements for strategic accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the end-to-end renewal process for high-value accounts and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities
  • Mitigate renewal risks by engaging stakeholders and deploying creative solutions
  • Prepare and deliver accurate quotes and contracts, handling price negotiations and procurement processes
Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success in a technology company
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or another CRM
  • Proven ability to manage multiple opportunities in a high-velocity environment
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required
