Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Renewals Specialist to manage complex renewal cycles and engage with customers for retention and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage high-value accounts throughout the renewal lifecycle and negotiate renewal agreements
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasts and analyze churn patterns to improve retention rates
- Build relationships with stakeholders and support onboarding and training of new renewal specialists
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in renewals, account management, or customer success (SaaS experience required)
- Proven track record of managing complex renewals and achieving retention targets
- Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and renewal management platforms
- Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in a fast-paced environment
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
