Job Summary
To ensure the success of subscription renewals, the full-time Senior Renewals Specialist will manage a portfolio of clients, protect recurring revenue, and deliver exceptional customer service in a hybrid remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and maximize a large annual B2B renewal portfolio, ensuring timely and accurate renewals
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve renewal quotas and foster long-term customer relationships
- Utilize CRM tools to build quotes, capture customer details, and manage upselling and cross-selling opportunities
Required qualifications
- Associate degree accepted; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Finance preferred, or 8 years of relevant experience
- 8 years in software technology, B2B enterprise account management, or related fields
- Demonstrated experience managing a significant B2B renewal portfolio with a focus on maximizing recurring revenue
- Proficiency in CRM tools and systems for managing renewals and generating leads
- Ability to work autonomously while being an engaged team member within the Renewal Team and Customer Success organization
