Senior Renovation Loan Processor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Renovation Loan Processor to manage loan processing tasks remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze borrower's credit, employment, income, and assets for underwriting
• Assemble complete loan packages and verify required documentation
• Communicate with various companies to obtain necessary documentation and manage the loan pipeline

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years' residential mortgage processing experience
• 3+ years of renovation loan processing and/or contractor validation experience
• Experience with Encompass loan origination software preferred
• Working knowledge of RESPA regulations and mortgage lending regulations preferred
