Senior Rent Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Rent Accountant (m/w/d).

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a competent contact for internal departments, auditors, landlords, and franchise partners
• Manage booking, control, and coordination of rent and franchise accounting, including related costs and invoices
• Conduct balance-related controls, monitor main ledger accounts, and provide analyses with actionable recommendations

Required Qualifications

• Completed commercial training with extensive experience in accounts payable, preferably in an international setting
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems, with SAP being desirable
• Understanding of processes, interfaces, and data flows in finance
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written
