Senior REO Specialist

Job Summary

Managing a portfolio of real estate owned assets, the full-time Senior REO Specialist will maximize investor returns through effective disposition strategies, market value assessments, and compliance with federal and state regulations in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the disposition of real estate owned assets while ensuring compliance with established policies
• Review appraisals and broker price opinions to establish market values and selling strategies
• Manage timelines and ensure timely reporting for asset sales and dispositions

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate's degree preferred
• Two to four years of related experience or training
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with real estate management software preferred
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrate strong customer service orientation
• Capability to multi-task and meet multiple deadlines effectively
