Senior Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Reporting and Analytics Senior Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and administer surveys, including testing instruments and ensuring data quality
• Analyze weighted survey data and prepare reports and presentation materials
• Assist with qualitative research methods, including conducting interviews and developing protocols

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
• A minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or 2 years with an advanced degree
• Experience with survey research methods is preferred
• Familiarity with programming survey instruments using platforms like REDCap or Qualtrics is preferred
• Experience with statistical analysis software, such as R, is preferred
