Senior Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

Senior Reporting Analyst, responsible for developing data-based solutions and tools to enhance company performance and patient outcomes in a full-time, salaried position.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners to gather reporting and analytics requirements
• Utilize visualization tools to design and create analytics dashboards and operational reports
• Manage internal and external timelines for data reporting and maintain documentation of existing reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, data science, statistics, public health, economics, or related field; Master's preferred
• 3+ years of experience in a reporting or health economics environment in healthcare
• 1+ years of experience developing dashboards and reports using BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong SQL skills required; expertise in SQL and Python preferred
• Experience with healthcare data (EMR and/or claims) preferred
