Senior Reporting Analyst
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Disputes Insights & Reporting Analyst will manage data reporting and analytics, develop dashboards, and ensure data quality while supporting key performance metrics and executive insights.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deploy reporting to reconcile operational and financial data
- Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and executive reporting solutions using Power BI and other BI platforms
- Investigate data anomalies and ensure accurate and timely distribution of reports
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline
- 5 years of experience in SQL development and large-scale data analysis
- Expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and complex visualizations
- Experience with other BI tools such as Qlik Sense and Tableau
- Knowledge of disputes, chargebacks, and fraud operations preferred
